Our job fair registrations typically run at a headcount of more than 500 job seekers. Registered attendees generally arrive in a steady, moving flow throughout the event, beginning at the start time and continuing steadily until the fair concludes.
What time can I set up my recruiting table?
Generally, companies begin setting up about two hours prior to the start of the event. The hotel staff at the event location will have the tables and chairs arranged and ready to go. Most recruiters then customize their table displays and signage to attract attention and engage job seekers.
Do you cover parking?
Yes, free parking is provided on-site at the hotel for all registered company recruiters for whom the company paid for a recruiting table.
