How many job seekers will be at the job fair?
Our job fair registrations typically run at a headcount of more than 500 job seekers. Registered attendees generally arrive in a steady, moving flow throughout the event, beginning at the scheduled start time and continuing at a consistent pace until the fair concludes.
What time can I set up my recruiting table?
Generally, companies typically begin setting up about two hours before the event begins. The hotel staff at the venue will have the tables and chairs arranged and ready for use. Most recruiters then spend a bit of time customizing their table displays and signage to attract attention and engage with job seekers.
Onsite Parking?
Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available at the hotel for all registered company recruiters who have paid for a recruiting table.
Registration Fee?
Company registration fees begin at $600 for a single recruiting table (Option 1). For companies with larger recruiting needs, we offer a two-table section for $1,200 (Option 2). Once a company selects a package and completes payment at checkout, they will be fully registered for the job fair event.
